At the moment we at Underground Filmworks are in Postproduction of a feature film called 'The Dead Room' (formerly Rebellious Blood) which was shot July 2001. It should be completed in the next few weeks.

I'm working on a short 16mm effort-"The After Dice." Shooting on 21st and 22nd of March. I've just hooked up with my producer and crew, and we're in the middle of casting from a videofile at the mo. Need to hire a Cafe and get permission to shoot in a street and a park. Not very Guerilla, I'm afraid.

My project (Action comedy Killer Sandwich) is currently stalled due to lack of funds.

In the meantime, I'm photographing, editing and acting in a friend's project, which is a spoof of all the Richard and Judy type daytime TV shows. We just shot an appeal for the Slapstick Sufferers Suport Fund. I played Phillip Stretchrectum. Details at http://www.5156.co.uk

Ad Astra will be screened as part of the Portobello Film Festival this year, and also as part of the themed Video Cafe nights.

The sequel, Light on the Farside, is in pre-production. We have a script and are casting.

Helpdesk, my sitcom may finally make its way to TV via Channel4's Comedy Lab.

I'm in the pre-production (waiting for my GL-1 to arrive) phase of a semi-serious documentary about the bizarre Japanese dancing game "Dance Dance Revolution," which is causing total geeks from all across the country to get in shape while making fools of themselves.

I'm very excited about this project, as it is my first.

We're in the middle of shooting a silent movie entitled "The Butler in: Too Many Grooms". Stylistically, we're trying to mimic Charlie Chaplin's 'Little Tramp' films. The camera work is proving to be the biggest challenge so far... its hard to resist using close-ups and dynamic camera work. Still its fun, and a good excuse for over-the-top acting and slapstick hijinx. We should have this one wrapped up in the next few months.
